Who is TrackVis for?
TrackVis connects the everyday work of school administrators, teachers and accountants, with a separate portal for parents. Talk to us about your school’s classes and workflow so we can discuss a suitable setup.
Can I try it before subscribing?
Yes. The shared demo lets you explore four roles using fictional school data without a password or sign-up. Visitors share the sample records, which reset daily at 02:00 UTC. Do not enter real pupil or personal information.
Can parents see their children’s information?
Yes. Parents can access information for children linked to their registered phone number, including released reports, attendance, fees and payment history. Your school manages the underlying records and report releases.
Are SMS and online payments available?
TrackVis supports configured SMS notifications and Hubtel Mobile Money integration. These need separate provider setup; messaging charges and transaction fees may apply. Real SMS and online payments are disabled in the shared demo.
What happens after I choose a plan?
The subscription button opens WhatsApp with your chosen plan in a message you can edit. Send it when you are ready. We will discuss your school’s needs, setup, payment and activation with you; the website does not charge you or create a school account automatically.
Is this website connected to a school’s private data?
No. This is an informational website with illustrative previews, not a school login or a pupil database. There are no enquiry forms or analytics scripts here. Cloudflare may process technical information to deliver the website, and following a WhatsApp or demo link takes you to that separate service.
